+: The garden around the swimming pool area is great, The swimming pool is nice. The wifi is fast (if you have a room that is close enough to the access point)

-: - BEWARE! This hotel advertises falsely on online sites. I booked 2 rooms through booking.com and the pictures of the bathroom were very different from the room that I got. I complained and they told me the rooms with that newer bathroom were already occupied. So I asked why could I even book that room if it's are already occupied? They couldn't give me a straight answer and kept telling me they haven't updated the pictures on booking. So you have uploaded photos from the rooms with a newer bathroom but not from the rooms with the older bathroom. I hated it when they kept searching for excuses and talked to me like I was an idiot. I saw right through their false advertising nonsense. They put the photos of the bestnewest bathroom online (even though only a few rooms have that specific bathroom) and they try to get customers to book and then they give them the rooms with the old bathroom. For the same price! They didn't want to give me a discount either. They did offer me other rooms but they were not suitable for my family composition.My advice: if you want the exact room like the one you book, stay away from this place because eventually you don't know what kind of room you will get.- The breakfast is really simple and not enough . The fruit portion was nice though!- The toilet didn't flush well because it was probably 20 years old. Got kind of smelly- if you are a young traveler who's want to meet people or go out avoid this place. It's more for old people who avoid the winter and stay there long term. Made me feel like I was in Benidorm.

+: Located next to the main strip of Sanur, this hotel surprised me for the peaceful vibe it brings along still being so central. Rooms are wide and with nice patio. I had ab issue with aircon and the staff promptly helped out, much appreciated

-: As said i had a problem with my room and the staff found a new room straight after, which was very helpful, unfortunately the new room had lack of cleaning; i appreciate the help they provided, i would have loved to wait a couple of hours more for the room and receive it finished

+: De locatie is uitstekend Strand, winkels, restaurants meestal op loopafstand te bereiken

-: Er was geen hygiene-douche aanwezig. Koffie en thee voorziening viel tegen op de kamer, je moest er om vragen. Het schoonmaken van de kamer viel tegen en ook de afwezigheid van een behoorlijke spiegel, ook de verlichting in de kamer en op terras liet te wensen over.
