+: Lo spazio aperto ben curato e bella anche la piscina. Ottima l’accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale.

-: La spiaggia (sporca) non offre servizi annessi anche se si trova direttamente sul mare. I lettini in piscina si dovrebbero cambiare, ormai sono obsoleti. Manca la cassaforte nelle camere e l’asciugacapelli viene fornito solo su richiesta. Arredamento della camera è abbastanza vecchio, manca un tavolo per appoggiare le valigie, la colazione è mediocre, potrebbe essere migliorata. Molti insetti ed uccelli intorno e sopra al buffet e sulle vivande scoperte. La cucina e il menù sono assolutamente da cambiare.

+: We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We had an ocean view suite and the room was very large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

-: The food in the restaurant was okay but not great. It meant we had to catch the free shuttle into town (4km) for a decent meal. But the breakfast buffet was good and had an egg station but there were local and western options. The chairs in the room were unique but not exactly comfortable.

+: The hotel.has free shuttle bus which pick and drop you to airport and to down town every evening during your stay in the hotel. The beach is just in front of.the hotel which you can walk and do sun bathing there if you wanted but I am not sure about swimming in the beach because the water too brown maybe because its too shallow. We stay in room with balcony so every morning we sat in the balcony and admire the beauty of ocean view. The room so comfortable and the staff are all friendly. You walk to main road and they have local shop which they sell beer bintang

-: The location of hotel is far away from town hence they have free shuttle bus which take you there every evening, if you want to order taxi you have to order through receptionist, when we entered our room, there are few minor mistake we found, like.. they just supply 1 robe, 1 pair of slipper, 1 chair in the balcony for double room, one of lighting in our childrens room is not working. When we complain.its takes lots differents staff to fix the mistake. They do need abit proper training but after all they all quiet helpful staffs

+: Even though it was off-season, the staff were attentive, wonderful and accommodating, the property was amazingly well maintained and super clean. The room attendant paid attention to detail and even laid slippers out for me after a day tour. The room was spacious. They provided a shuttle to my next stay instead of a return to the airport without me requesting it. Convenient and no hassle. Well worth the price to stay. I’ll be honest, don’t expect a beautiful beach to leisure at, but it’s nice for a stroll and pool is fantastic. Pool towels were handed to me with a warm smile. Everyone had a welcoming smile and were ready to meet my requests. It was a great place to relax. I ordered diners from Grab which was so convenient.

-: The breakfast was mediocre but a good selection and you won’t leave hungry.

+: Fully accessible hotel with a wheelchair. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected injury, we had to stay longer than planned, but here we had everything for a pleasant time.
