+: Nice big room with the other 2 villa suites. Bed very comfortable and very good aircon. Cleaned to a good standard every day with fresh towels and toiletries A kettle in the room would be a popular easy addition.

-: Unfortunately my stay here was spoiled by a large party of Indonesian guests who completely took the place over when they arrived. They were swimming and making a lot of noise until well past midnight every night and the same again very early morning, one even had a megaphone and used it at every opportunity waking everyone up. Despite many complaints to the staff from myself and other guests staying here, nothing was done about this large group. When they were onsite the main pool area was closed off to the other guests also.Most people choose villa Diana because it is away from the noisy main roads and resorts in a peaceful setting but with the large booking here it was impossible to sleep due to their noise. This ruined my stay here.

+: it was just perfect. the staff super helpful. pool was clean and the area is calm and quiet. really good.

-: This property was nothing like what was on the photos on booking.com. The room was small, the phone was disconnected, the safe did not work, there was no soap in the bathroom. When I asked for assistance from the staff they made me feel like I was being annoying. I finally decided to change hotels and got treated rudley. I requested a refund and got refused! I would not recommend this to ANYONE

+: The pool was good and close to my room. The location was convenient for me. The size of the room was good.

-: When I checked in I was given a room next door to the hotel which was nothing like the room I booked. It was tiny and it only had a small pool with no garden. Looking on booking.com this room was nowhere to be found. I booked the suite with extra benefit which is near the big pool. I complained and was moved to the room I booked. Fortunately, it was available. You will need to contact the hotel when booking as they don't guarantee the room you book, and the manager says the booking is for a random room and you may not get this room as in their photos. The reality is you could get a small room not even a part of this hotel, as in their photos. It also states that if you book for 3 nights you will get free airport pick up. No you don't. You have to pay for the airport pick up. Once I had the correct room all was good and the stay was mostly comfortable except the aircon remote did not work.
