+: -the exterior is very beautiful with the gardens and all -the galleria mall is very nearby -near to national park -breakfast options were good

-: -the location is a bit far from the airport -no fan or AC

+: If you are on a retreat, mission or group sort of adventure this would be your place of choice. I liked the internet speed though.

-: Seemed more like living in collage hostels.

+: Extremely helpful and friendly staff! They started breakfast half an hour earlier specially for us, because we had to check out early, and they helped us book our train tickets to Mombasa. We ate in the restaurant, where the food is very reasonably priced. The executive room was very comfortable.
