+: I had a delightful 3-night stay, enjoying the well-appointed room I was assigned and the convenient swimming pool located just outside the room's back door. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, always willing to go the extra mile in assisting with any queries that arose.

+: The hotel's facilities are really great with rooms opening up directly to the pool. The beach on the hotel is gorgeous as well.

+: Room was very clean and new, with fully air conditioning and bathtub. Pool was huge and clean. Spa was well equipped and good service with affordable pricing compared to Nairobi. Choice of wine was also nice.

-: The location was bit far from either Mombasa or Malindi.

+: Beautiful hotel with excellent staff who were very helpful and always tried to address guests by name. The staff always attempted to provide a 'personalised service' to guests and seemed to remember what people enjoyed or liked. Specially liked the pool with direct access to the beach. Our suite was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

-: It would have been good to see more variety at dinner. We were on a half-board basis and although it was not a huge variety the food was good. Note there were however other items a la carte during the day if required.

+: Friendly staff From the security personnel to front desk, especially Salome and Anne, to the waiters such as Dennis. Everyone was nice. It was also not too crowded.

-: Our shower didn't run hot water, but that can always be fixed. 😊
