+: I give a 1010 rating. Such a beautiful nice and welcoming place. The staff are so friendly and competent. I enjoyed my stay the entire 3 days! The pool is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Also, the location is excellent. It's literally 3 minutes walk to the beach. You can easily access supermarkets like Carrefour and Naivas. Super convenient and great value for your money! 👍👌

+: Nice location with great pool and grounds, well located and in a safe environment. We had an upgrade of the room right by the pool with a veery comfy bed, an ok equipped kitchen and own bathroom. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and some of them made it memorable, especially to my kid (shoutout to Marvin :-)

-: 1. Would have wished for better communication at times, especially when there are power cuts.2. 🐜

+: We were happy with our apartment and also liked the outdoor area with the terrace by the pool. The staff was always responsive and close by and they keep the accommodation well maintained :)

+: The location is the only good thing about this place.

-: Very disappointed. Despite the apparent 24 hour gate, I had to call and hoot repeatedly to be let in at night. On one night it was simply left unlocked, which is not safe. The room was OK, given the cheap price, but the bathroom was not clean. Shower drain not in the lowest place in the shower, so there was a constant pool of water. Room keys did not work well, and I locked myself in one morning and had to call for assistance. Whenever trying to get assistance like this, it took ages for anyone to notice and likely disrupted other guests. When I was supposed to pay, the manager requested that I supply my credit card and cvv via whatsapp, which is extremely unsafe, unprofessional, and even fraudulent. I refused and they were uncompliant about other options.

+: Spacious rooms, close to the beach. Good value for money.

+: Location is great. Nearby the beach.

-: Everything. Staff is disinterested. Facilities are bad. It's noisy. Badly furnished. They converted open spaces into rooms. They bungled my payment. Kitchen is not a kitchen but a stove in the middle of the room.
