+: Resort is nice, clean and good amenities.

-: Service. I can praise Shree, Audrey, Cloe, Balee and one more older gentleman that i forgot name unfortunately, for great service, thats 5 people in whole resort. Others didn't hear about hospitality in their life.Im not sure if they think oh we work in 5 star hotel so we don't have to care, or they are just not trained properly.First time in my life in restaurant i saw employees running around their own colleague when he sit for lunch and staff don't care about paying customers (first i thought its manager, after i learned gentlemen is something in sales i think). Giving their own employee more attention and better service than anyone around, like they don't care at all about customer experience, satisfaction , and if you will come back.Personally i got better service in 3-4 stars hotels.One more big minus here is if you don't speak French, if not you are mistreated most of times, especially in restaurant.Pool next to rum bar was dirty, filtering system didn’t work for 8 days of our stay, however pool was open still for use.Out of 3 hotels we visited in Mauritius, this was best ranked and had best reviews, but was biggest disappointment.At the end I want to say thank you to Isabel, for trying to make everything right, she is very nice and she has great customer service skills, but it was our last day and it was to late to change mind.

+: Magnifique hôtel dans un cadre paradisiaque. Très belle plage, personnel très souriant et d’une grande gentillesse. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très belles piscines. Excellente restauration.Un grand bonheur à séjourner dans cet hôtel.Mention spéciale à la manager Isabel qui s’est occupé de tout pour notre départ avec bienveillance. J’avais oublié une robe dans ma chambre, et lorsque je l’ai appelé elle l’a récupéré et s’est chargée de me la faire porter à l’hôtel où nous étions descendus. Je lui en suis très reconnaissante. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour et garder de merveilleux souvenirs.

-: Il y a parfois un manque d’organisation dans le service de restauration. Mais l’hôtel en est conscient et fait tout pour que cela doit réglé.

+: Le personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Une mention spéciale pour Alain l'un des responsables de la restauration qui s'est plié en quatre pour permettre à ma femme de trouver des desserts sans gluten. Merci à Alain. La plage et les piscines sont très belles, la chambre joliment décorée.

-: Au niveau du buffet, peut etre qu'il pourrait y avoir un effort pour les entréessalades qui sont assez "banales" mais c'est vraiment pour faire une remarque car sinon c'est globalement très bien Et sinon peut etre bien d'avoir une des piscines "adults only" pour éviter le bruit des jeunes enfants :)

+: L’emplacement au pied de la montagne le morne

-: Le vis à vis des chambres , trop exposées et la chambre supérieure n’était pas spacieuse ,

+: It's a little paradise with jaw dropping 360 views, perfect water, sand, food and exceptional service. Best hotel on the island for very reasonable price.

-: Some tourists with certain country were too loud.

+: Tout est nickel franchement rien a dire.

+: +Location - the view of Le Morne from the beach +Check in was fast, easy and comfortable. Baby cot was already in the room, and I appreciate the call next morning from reception to ask if all was ok with the room.

-: -The buffet was a bit disappointing, as well as service during dinners, we were waiting for drinks until we finished eating, staff seemed irritated and busy all the time. - Simply not worth the value for money, we stayed in 4 different resorts in Mauritius and this was our least favorite.
