+: The free champagne at check in was pretty cool. "The Patio" restaurant was pretty great. There is a nice beachside bar and patio with a bunch of chairs that is a nice spot to hang out at. The room was really nice with a jetted tub, big shower, and very comfortable bed. The Mexican Elvis impersonator was exquisite! The gym was super nice, and the activities staff were super friendly.

-: The pool was gross... I'm pretty sure the filter couldn't keep up or something because there was miscellaneous stuff floating in it and the bottom was slimy in spots. A lot of the menu items at the cafes and restaurants weren't available, which wasn't a big deal for me, but for someone that's more picky, it might be a deal breaker. I'm pretty sure I got sick from eating at the Brazilian steakhouse buffet place, but who knows.

+: Enjoyed both. Service staff was excellent. Friendly, attentive, they were a pleasure to be around.

+: The majority of the staff did an amazing job. The facility was clean and well staffed. During our stay we experienced hurricane Norma. We received timely information and care.

-: We were told we had a 400.00 dollar credit on our account. We did not realize it was the hold on our credit card and proceeded to use it. I think training on that would be helpful.

+: The staff was great and food was good.

-: Could not swim at the ocean, hard to get seating at both pools, and room service food not great.

+: Incredible location & facilities

-: Not enough staff & slow service at restaurants. Loud, obnoxious American clientele makes it feel like you’re on a cruise ship. Only a few hours of music per day at the pool - no vibe.
