+: Good sized room. Easy walk about. Enough restaurant options. Great number of pools.
-: Pool side chairs being “saved” and not being used for hours. Food was sometimes excellent, other times barely edible-undercooked and heavily salted. Seemed to be a more family focused resort which I didn’t pick up in the promotions that I saw. Entertainment could have been more adult focused.

+: Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, destacar al subgerente de alimentos y además al chef Edgardo en el bufet del desayuni
-: A pesar de demostrar que mi padre falleció, no se hizo ningún intento por hacer alguna rebaja dado que en la fecha que sucedió su muerte no habían pasado más de 15 días. Decepcionante la falta de empatía y eso demuestra el poco interés de la cadena Hyatt en sus huéspedes
