+: La atención de los meseros, excelente, el personal en general, en el restaurante Italiano , el mesero Alanis, nos dio una super atención, que nos hizo repetir el restaurante. Una vista hermosa de las habitación. Gracias
-: Estuvimos muy agusto a excepción de que le falta un poco de mantenimiento y siempre tuve que estar pidiendo toallas porque no dejaban. Nos tuvieron que ir a arreglar la coladera de la regadera porque estaba rota. Al área del snack le hace falta mucha limpieza. Y otra cosa es que dejan que las personas se metan a nadar a la alberca con ropa, muy antigénico. El área de niños cierra temprano, debería cerrar igual que la alberca grande. Gracias.

+: Family friendly and staff was nice especially since we renewed our wedding vows there, we were treated nicely. The water park for the kids was very enjoyable for them.
-: Room service wasn’t included for our family members that didn’t get married there even though they were there as wedding party guests. There was no AC through the hotel, only in the bedrooms. Not all elevators worked for the tower that weren’t suites. There was no food service at the beach. Wifi was a little choppy and the food wasn’t the greatest, but we made the best of it and had a great time.
