-: There was not medium and large shrimps in Kalamata restaurant. The Filet was not tender in two days in Kalamata restaurant. Low class of the night show in main lobby. Hotel Beach not clean and with sargazo and rocks.

-: La playa no merece la pena, apenas hay espacio de las tumbonas a la arena. Las barras donse sirven bebidas cerraban muy pronto si querías tomar algo después de la cena no era posible

+: Schöne Anlage sehr gepflegt sauber. Es wird alles geboten was man erwartet Top Lage in der nähe 5 Strasse 3 Minuten zu Fuss

-: Es sind zu 95 % Amis ob positiv oder negativ. Drinks könnten besser sein.(billiger Alkohol) Extras extrem teuer ( Wein oder Markenalkohol )

+: Meals- I would have rated the resort as excellent, but I am vegan and there are not may options for meals. There is a lot of cross contamination. Everything is fried together and oily and nothing is labeled at buffets. Things are cooked on the same surfaces. Did not feel safe or comfortable eating much. I had to modify everything and with language barrier, it was usually not correct.

-: Food selection for vegans and all the up sell efforts going on. The beach was small and covered in seaweed the whole time and smelled.

+: Everything about this resort was great , the room , the facilities , the food , but mostly the super friendly staff..

-: Beach area is rocky making it hard to enjoy swimming in the sea on a slightly windy day ..

+: Hôtel bien placé à Playa Del Carmen à proximité de la 5eme avenue. Hôtel assez agréable, bonne ambiance bien que très envahi par les touristes nord américains

-: Extrêmement difficile pour un fumeur. Obligé de sortir de l’hôtel et parcourir de longues distances pour pouvoir fumer… par ailleurs, la plage n’est pas praticable et ce n’est pas le grand luxe !
