Готель Beyond Resort Kata 4*

-: We booked a more expensive "sea view, deluxe, premier room. We were given the worst room in the hotel. No sea view, around a corner & over the staff entrance & exit where there was a lot of niose. We complained that we have stayed in this hotel before & this room was not a Sea view deluxe premier room. Manager told us that this is the standard room that booking dot com get. I guess after the Booking.com comission. Horrible person. Not interested in listening at all! So leave your bags and check out the room matches before accepting

+: The hotel has perfect location, known by every taxi. The beach of Kata was very nice although rough this time of the year but being beachfront, we took advantage of anytime it was sunny. The staff is very friendly and they have very good service (welcoming drink, cleaning anytime you ask, room service, they even brought a surprise birthday cake for me at my room) Comfortable room, every amenities at your disposal.We had a side sea view but it was very calming and beautiful.Breakfast with a view was a great way to start the day.

-: • The only issue was with the bathroom when you left the room and the aspirant was off, it would give an unpleasant smell.

+: Kata beach is good, the hotel is not.

-: The hotel is not good and old. I got stomach virus and food poisoning. Hotel not giving invoice. For extras reception getting cash money despite cashless sign. They are ignoring everything, they dont care about customer, they dont like booking.com customers because they say they pay less money to hotel.

-: Hotel is dated and needs modernisation. Restaurants and breakfast choices were okay but not great. Staff service could be improved

+: Great location looking onto the beach with direct access.
