+: No pudimos alojarnos en este lugar ya que hubo un problema de full bookeo, pero el dueño muy amable nos llevo a otro hotel donde la habitación era mejor y la ubicación también y nos cobro lo mismo

+: Great place to stay, around 5 minutes walk from Kata beach, and just across the road you have 2 good restaurants, a 711 and a super market if you need anything. The staff are friendly and helpful. room has AC which is helpful. Highly recommend!

-: Everything from the time I tried to check in. Had to be moved to another place to stay for 2 nights as it was double booked, then not only did I have to move the owner tried to charge me the additional price for me staying in another hotel..... and also had to stay in St house in some shoe box room. Absolutely awful experience never ever will I book this over priced room again. Value for money wasn't great at all. Iv stayed at much better accommodation for less price.
