+: The pool was amazing! And the food was also great! The shuttle bus was great! Staff always attentive and friendly!

-: Our room was constantly wet dewy from the humidity, and smelt of mould. We had to wipe the floors after it as cleaned- to avoid slipping over and the towels were black with dirt. It’s a little further out of the centre of town. Transfers to from the airport were difficult to book- wasn’t able to use any of my Australian cards and had to find other means!

+: The infinity pool with the sea view was great.The staff are very friendly.I have rented the family room, it was awesome and has a, big space.

+: What we liked best about this hotel was the breakfast(they served fresh fruit juice).

-: Our biggest complaint was that the room had a musty smell (damp smell?) which was very uncomfortable.

+: Sehr viel Auswahl. Es gibt sogar frisch gepresste Smoothies kostenlos zum Frühstück, sowie Barrista Kaffee.

+: The View

-: Room not set up to accommodate 3 Adults. All set up was for 2, except we had 3 single beds, 3 towels. Staff at Reception did not speak or understand English. Very limited. At check out, not even asked how our stay was, if we enjoyed the stay, or a simple goodbye when we paid our bill. They allow you to smoke on balconies and around pool bar, yet no ashtrays supplied?? Glass with water, or empty bottle were suggestions... house keepingcleaning has a lot to be desired. 3rd time lucky getting a coffee machine that works...Same piece of toilet paper sheet on floor for 6 days, glasses not always cleaned, left in bathroom when washed?? ...totally ruined what was a very special trip for myself and my 2 sisters. Definitely cannot recommend, nor would I stay there again...

-: One reception staff (lady)when she called for checkout she spoke rude and shut off phone before finishing the conversation, coz we late 30 minutes,

+: Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast and pools were amazing, very friendly staff.
