+: The hotel staffs are not so friendly and the security guard was not so polite…. The price of this room was too much to pay for it and the toilet was smelly

-: Aucun confort, pas de tablettes pour ranger vos vêtements,( ideal pour qqe qui reste 1 nuit sans défaire la valise), 4 cintres suspendus dans un coin. Pas de coffre-fort. Forte odeur de moisissure, climatisation extrêmement bruyante même a son plus bas niveau) impossible de dormir si elle est en fonction. Buffet de quatrième qualité, vaisselle de plastique, couverts sales, peu de choix, tout est froid et sans cuisson ( même les saucisses). Situé dans un secteur sans commerces, sur le bord d’une autoroute de 8 voies sur 2 étages.

+: The room was a nice size, clean and tidy and good aircon. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great, with loads of choices of food and drink. Internet was good for the main part. Staff are lovely and friendly. The location is nice. It's not a tourist trap, so you get to see and meet the real people. Stange, but I was actually impressed by the lifts, as it was difficult to tell whether we were moving. They were so smooth and quiet. The swimming pool was nice, too.

-: The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable, and the shower head wasn't up to much. Bottled water each day, but no teacoffee provided. That small deta would have made a difference. Pity!

+: Close to the convenience store and shopping mall. There is a lot of street food around the hotel.

+: Entree en lobby is best mooi ruim met veel marmer en goudranden, de algemene ruimten zien er ook zo uit, is ook netjes en schoon. De ontvangst bij de entree en parkeren is prima en ruim. De ontbijtzaal is ook zeer ruim. Er zijn veel vergaderzalen die zien er ook keurig uit. De ligging is prima als je in de buurt van Central Pinklao moet zijn, dat is op 100m loopafstand, of Lotus aan de overkant, ook veel leuke kraampjes langs de weg met streetfood en kleding. Als je verderop de stad in wil kan je naar het MRT station lopen op 500m afstand. De dagelijkse kamerschoonmaak was prima en enthousiast.

-: De kamers zijn toch wat oud en versleten qua meubilair, en hier en daar defecten, zoals loszittende douchekop en wastafelkraan. Er is maar aan eén zijde van het bed een stopcontact. Er is geen stopcontact voor de waterkoker op de koffiehoek. De stroom in de kamers viel uit om 22u 's avonds, kort daarna in het hele hotel, het duurde ruim een uur voor de stroom weer hersteld was. De noodverlichting sloeg wel direct aan maar was na 10 minuten als weer uit dus men zat compleet in het donker. Gasten gingen rondhangen in de gangen of rondom de entree. Het ontbijt is een standaard buffet met de gebruikelijke keuzes, helaas was er geen yoghurt wat je meestal in dergelijke hotels wel hebt. Al met al vind ik het gebodene voor de betaalde prijs tegenvallen.

-: พนักงานต้อนรับที่เค้าเต้อเชคอินแย่มาก เราจองห้องพัก 2 คน 2 คืน ให้บัตรอาหารเช้ามาสำหรับ 1 วัน พอเราไปขอเพิ่ม แจ้งรายละเอียด อธิบายกันอยู่นานมาก เค้าพยายามจะบอกว่าเราจองมาแค่คนเดียวแล้วอยู่ 2 คนรึเปล่า ดูจากราคาไม่น่าจะสองคนนะ ซึ่งมันไม่เกี่ยวเลย เราให้ดูหลักฐานในบุ๊คกิ้งว่าจองมา 2 คน 2 คืน ก็ยังงง ไม่ยอมให้บัตรอาหารใหม่มา เสียเวลามาก จนสุดท้ายค่อยให้บอกเลขห้องได้
