-: I stayed in this hotel for 12 days. This property depends on sunlight for solar energy. No hot water if the weather rainy or cloudy and this was what happened in 10 days of my stay. In the other two days water just slightly warm. On the day of arrival I informed the lady that was the manager about lack of hot water. No proper answer and on day three I requested a refund for the remainder of my stay to move to another hotel. The answer was that they have a no refund policy. Taking shower was very uncomfortable and I had to complain to Tourist Police....... Same answer to them, no choice for me...

-: The bed springs were bad, they sounded like keys being thrown Bed was uncomfortable Loud music from building next door until 2amShower pressure is so low it barely reaches your body as it's wall mounted Shower drain got blocked literally within 30 seconds and the whole bathroom became a bathtub Breakfast was just sausage, eggs and toast

+: This is my 2nd timing staying at The Nice Hotel and it is still the best value accommodation Phuket. So close to the beach and everything else you want in Patong. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are secure, comfy and clean.
