+: The exceptionally beautiful outdoor pool was as I expected. I loved I could do lap swimming overviewing Bangkok. The restaurant on 55th floor, Bull and Bear was terrific!
-: I chose the grade of room I wanted and needed, and I am on Genius 3 level, which means I might have paid less for the room. However, what I experienced is that I didn't get promotion but got the least they can serve because I paid less - and I hope not. My room was very low (6 out of somewhat 50+ stories) and looking right at the working site. I could communicate with the workers. They changed my room but it was a city view room on the same floor, and it was a little bit smaller. I was like 'this is not bad' only because the staff who helped me moving to another room was kind. I don't know this is what they are doing but I think they should not sell the rooms with working space view at lower price. Or giving rooms with better condition only when you complain a lot.

-: Lack of flower arrangements, and lack of landscape. Did not invite membership. Breakfast was 50 dollars.
