-: Allt var fejk så inget stämmer på hemsidan. det första är så sura personal, sen är det jättevarmt och de vägrar att startar ac’n i rummet, och det är mygg över allt så det är så svårt att sova. Inte sköna sängar och dålig utsikt, även personalen och städerska går in i rummet fast vi satte på röda lappen att Stör ej men de går in ändå, så man litar aldrig att ha sina grejer framme.Maten var inte bra alls så vi fick äta frukt

-: I have had a bad experience that includes disrespect, racism and discrimination.I have been travelling a lot and stayed in more than 200 hotels around the world including Tunisia, but this is the first time that I will right a bad well deserved review.If it was just me I would probably just left the hotel like I did at 12:30 am, but I was with my family and we were treated like animals.I rented two rooms for my wife my son, my sister in law and myself. We went to visit the city and shop around, and after we came back to the rooms there was a bad smell that was definitely coming from the toilet which was worst that anyone can bare especially at a hotel. My wife went to the reception nicely and told them about it but the guy that was at the reception treat her disrespectfully and told her ‘’we don’t have any other rooms to move you’’ which was a lie. Other guest from Europe were there and were treated with dignity like everyone should be. Only because she is a woman and clearly from Africa and a woman of color automatically in their eyes she doesn’t deserve to be respected. After 20 minutes someone came to the room with a spray insects killer and start to spray it in a room that a 2 years old is laying there. I went personally to the reception and told them that we can’t support the smell and that they need to move us to another room.The guy at the desk said that they don’t have any rooms available, and I told them in that case i have to leave and went to pack our stuff.After two minutes someone came to our room after I asked to see a manager and told me that they have one room only that they can move us too which I declined. While i was leaving and about to checkout another guy from security approached us and told me that he magically found two rooms that he can move us too, which i accepted. When we moved to the rooms and try to turn on the AC it didn’t not work in both rooms, and I call them back to tell them that.

+: Food was great, we had breakfast and dinner, great variety of cuisines.

-: Cleaners in charge of 7** rooms had a very bad attitude, they don't smile to customers or reply to you if you thank them, they should be taught basic customer service.The furniture in the room was old and faded, definitely not as advertised.
