+: Good staff, big resort, Two aquapark for kids, a lot of activities for children. a lot of food and is ok, you can find something to eat everyday but it should be in better quality for 5 stars hotel.

-: The bathroom very old and dirty, I didn't like the room generally, the cleaners should do better work in the room everyday. the water going out to the floor in the bathroom while showers time , it should be more better for hotel 5 stars.the hotel has only local alcohol (turkish), its not tasty good, it should has imported alcohol.

+: Excellent Service!! The food yummy nd clean,staffs are superb at hospitality!! Very friendly nd considerate.I had my birthday in the evening and I loved the special 3 course meal!!! Will use Alaye again with family and friends.
