+: The location of the accommodation is very good.

-: Upon arriving at the accommodation, we discovered that a very serious renovation was underway. Unfortunately, no one had informed us about this in advance, so we were shocked by the conditions. The noise, the dirt, and the presence of workers made it virtually impossible to rest between 9 AM and 5-6 PM. The sound of the drill, jackhammer, wall demolition, and grinder was unbearable. The quality of our room was also substandard. The view of the city was just a wall 2 meters away. We wrote to Booking.com, who promised that the host would contact us and offer another room, but that never happened. Due to the noise, it wouldn't have been possible to rest in any room anyway. The rooftop terrace was also unusable due to the renovation. Sometimes there was no hot water service. We received no compensation either from the host or from Booking.com. Under different circumstances, I can imagine we would have had a good rest here, but as it was, it was a disaster. Otherwise, the city is wonderful, and I think we will come here again.

+: Die Menschen an der Rezeption haben Englisch gesprochen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

-: Es ist mehr ein Hostel. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz. Tee und Kaffee holt man sich in Pappbechern aus dem Automaten.Es gab keinen Room service, der Handtücher tauscht oder die Betten gemacht hat.Eine Sauna gibt es dort nicht, sondern ein paar Häuser weiter. Die Preise sind selbst für das Touristenviertel, in dem das "Hotel" ist, sehr hoch. zB 75€ für 1 h Massage. Ein paar Straßen weiter zahlt man 60€h.Außerdem ist es dort wegen des Verkehrs und der in der Nacht bellenden Hunde sehr laut. Schlafen nur mit Ohropax.

+: La posizione centrale è tranquilla.

-: Dimensioni della camera piccole 18mq in confronto ai 30mq venduti da voi. Camere sporche e maleodoranti. Eravamo al piano interrato con finestra che dava sul marciapiedi, non avevamo la possibilità di aprire la finestra. Stanza mai rifatta e mai pulita. Posizione camera rumorosa, eravamo di fianco alla cucina per cui le preparazioni della colazione si facevano sentire dalle ore 7 del mattino. Muri incrostati. Non abbiamo dormito bene. Segnalato alla vostra assistenza del problema, siamo stati abbandonati in questa scadente camera.
