-: The staff are rude and not behaving well , the gave us one double bed even we paid extra online for one double bed and one single bed.When we were asking for the water , the receptionist was rude and not giving us.

+: Cleanliness, breakfast, prove

-: It's a small hotel in a quite "easy" area of istanbul, it's very reasonable price for the offered services, room was small but very comfortable, unfortunately personnel speaking very poor English and wifi is quite bad

+: I Just like location near metro. first day the resorption was respectful. last day we could use of refrigerator until midnight. also location was near good mall (Hilltown). beds and towel was clean and comfort. the size of room is good and you can fine there a lot closet.

-: Bathroom and toilet was a little dirty. water collected in floor of bathroom and one day water was very cold. air condition's control was break. Internet was very poor every time. first day resection call us about payment in 2:00 AM that we slept. breakfast was normal.
