+: Stayed here many times it’s a good location staff really helpful. Food okay bit repetitive.
-: Loud music blasting from Odyssy apartments next door everyone was compalaining and they wouldn’t turn it down. It never used to be like that.

-: The fact that we did not get what we booked or what was advertised. We were on 3rd floor not ground which was requested as I have COPD, no cutlery,plates, cups or glasses, not even a teaspoon! No washing machine, no kettle. We were told it was because we were all inclusive, which I may add we did Not request! The food offered was of a low standard and monotonous, the staff tried but had no one supervising them. We were offered a ground floor apartment after a couple of days but it was one others had been moved from due to sewerage problems so we chose to stay where we were, which was on the attached Pasham complex.We fel that you should look again before you advertise this property as there are obvious problems with the management there. There was also no bar or snack bar open on the site so you needed to go off site if you require to eat or drink other than the set mealtimes which we did every day ,we ate only breakfast. All I have mentioned were supposed to be available and were stated so on the booking papers we were sent. Up to this time my dealings with you have all been of good to high standard and I have given good reviews but this time I have to say that the standards have dropped amazingly low.
