+: The Location is superb, totally in the center of taksim area. The staffs were very accommodating especially Yunis who helped us a lot during our stay. He is very good. The hotel is very clean. The taxi we booked from and to the airport is a value of money and it saved our time and effort. We will definitely come back if ever we come back again to Istanbul , keeping in mind that we did visit Istanbul more than 5 times before !

-: Too pricy compared to other available options, breakfast totally limited and not sufficient... rooms were not given as shown on booking, no reliable staff ......

+: This is my 4th time in Istanbul and I stayed for 8 nights. The staff, Aadam, Islam, Hassan and Yunus were all extremely helpful and respectful. The rooms were comfortable and cosy and the location was perfect. Bathroom, excellent. I had a room of iKstikal street which was really good as well.

-: Although, I had a view of Ikatiklal Street, it came with its disadvantages.It can be very noisy, especially at night

+: Great location best place to stay on taksim square. Close to cafes restaurants and metro. Staff were very helpful especially Ismail and Hassan

+: Location was convenient and you can enjoy Tasksim square and Istiklal street. The staff were cooperative and nice. Thank you Hassan for everything he does at this property.

-: The property has all necessary facilities to make your stay nice and comfortable. However slight maintenance issues if handled by the staff would certainly add value . Had to remind for towels twice. Internet connection speed is not so good. Similarly some additions to the breakfast menu recommeded.

+: A small motel on Istiklal street. 1 min walk to Taksim square. My room opened up with Istiklal street view.

-: The reception is on the first floor with a long stair case. But staff available to take your luggage. Although Rooms access is through Elevator.

-: The listing fails to mention the 30 steps required to reach the elevator or that the property is not accessible for people with disabilities or families with strollers, despite the owner's claim that this is clear from the photos. We initially booked the property for five nights but had to move to another property the next day because my mother couldn't climb the stairs. Although the management initially agreed to a refund, they later refused despite Booking.com's acknowledgment of the issue.

+: Islam and Adam thank you for the service, it is really at a high level, the breakfast is normal and of course the location of the hotel is really excellent
