+: The hotel has a very good location, its walkable from the Goreme Market & has a very good spread of breakfast every morning from 8 30 am to 10 30 am. They also have a very cute Pug at the Reception who loves a quick snack. Overall we had a pleasant 4 night stay at the hotel with good access to Balloon Watching from the roof. The staff managing the hotel front desk (Beyza, Furkan, Mustafa + 1 more person) are very helpful folks and gave me a solution for every single query of mine. The lady at the breakfast counter is also very warm and helpful.

-: The location is central but the last 50 Meter hike to the hotel is very steep and can become challenging to climb. I booked the wrong room category for my stay, it was too small for my liking I should have gone for the Double Room with Balcony or Deluxe Double... The standard double is too small for a 4 night stay.

Also good location, breathtaking scenery from the terrace, cozy and comfortable room, delicious breakfast…Staying at this hotel is the best choice to make your trip special;)♡ Best hotel ever! +: Cool cave concept hotel. Staff was quite friendly.

-: Very dusty beds. AC was not cooling very well. The telephone was not provided in the room. Better provision of soap and other amenities in bathroom could have been done.
