+: Let me just tell you that this hotel is out of this world. Never have I met such kind souls at the reception and I also met the owner who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. I came to Cappadocia with my mother for her birthday. The team organized decorations in the room - balloons, flower petals and also a cake. It was all for an extra cost of course but it was very great! my mother does not speak English so we requested a private russian speaking tour and a guide and the owner itself found us russian speaking guide. They also organized us the air balloon tour on our last day of the vacation because the previous days it got cancelled because of the weather. I also loved the additional bonus- a whatsapp chat for all the inquiries a 247. The room itself was big and spacious with a sofa, TV, amenities - towels, body lotion, soap, shower gel, shampoo and slippers! big bonus. the bed was very comfortable too.

-: The only minus there were *no big mirror in the room, only the small one in the bathroom so you can never check your outfit *bad lighting in the bathroom, if you plan to do your make up daily, it might be problematic *bad breakfast. you can only get like warm food - eggs, french fries at 8 am when the breakfast buffet opens, other than that it is just cold food. also just one meat option - a sausage. as a person who eats meat daily, it was a struggle for me.

-: Very cold floors in hotel room, bathroom very cold, AC (warm) is very far from bathroom. Expensive alcohol in pool area. Double bed is actually twin bed with hard wood in the middle.

+: We loved the great location and the availability of a large terrace, sunbeds, and a pool overlooking the city. However, during our stay, the pool was not clean, so it was impossible to swim in it. The staff was friendly and room number was satisfying.

-: The housekeeping in the room was not very good. The bed sheets smelled particularly bad of chlorine. I recommend upgrading the bath towels, as two of them were ruined. Breakfast was very limited, with mostly unhealthy food such as sweets and few fruits and vegetables.

+: Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans la chambre 106, [nom de la chambre] pour [prix]. Notre avis est assez mitigé sur notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Voici en toute objectivité les points positifs, mais également les points négatifs. Points positif : - Hotel très beau - Bien situé - Le wifi marche très bien - L’intensité de l’eau de la douche ainsi que le thermostat fonctionne à merveille - Le peu d’interaction que nous avons eue avec le personnel était plutôt cordial - Enfin, sachez qu’il y a un service de navettes privées pour l’aéroport au prix de 60€, préférez les navettes publiques qui vous coûteront moins de 10 euros.

-: Points négatif : - Notre chambre se situait littéralement devant l’escalier qui reliait l’entrée de l’hôtel et l’accès à la réceptionpiscinebarpetit-déjeuner), la chambre étant très mal insonorisée chaque personne qui voulait rejoindre un de ces endroits nous réveillaient systématiquement. Sans parler de la lumière automatique du couloir qui illuminait ponctuellement notre chambre à travers la fenêtre (qui n’a bien sûr pas de rideau) - Une fois nous avons eu une odeur très désagréable dans la chambre (égouts) - Il n’y a aucune armoire pour ranger ses vêtements - Pour 440 euros dépensés pour 3 nuits dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à mieux. Bien sûr, cet avis est subjectif et concerne la chambre 106, nous ne savons pas comment étaient aménagés les autres, l’hôtel reste quand même correct ✅
