+: I liked the aquapark, the pools, the size of the room, the beach

-: The rooms are far away from the facilities you have to walk a lot, the room was not clean and you have to ask for everything although it was all inclusive they provide the room with few water bottles no tissue box unless you ask the cover of the bed has no duvet unless you ask the coffee capsules for the coffee machine was never refilled although we asked, the save box was not working and we asked too many times to fix it and they didn’t. The room service and house keeping was not good, the food was average to bad, i’ve been to all inclusive before with a lot more options and tasted much better, the shows wasn’t suitable for little kids, the kids club was small comparing to other resorts. We had to pay extra for one of the kids although we booked family suite and they charged us in turkish lira instead of euro by mistake then they wanted us to pay again which we told them we will do, they deactivated our keys to make sure we go and pay !! I didn’t like this move it was very disrespectful going to your room with stairs with your one year old baby to find that your key is not working

Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners feature a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste. The buffet includes fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, and various desserts. Additionally, the hotel offers exquisite à la carte restaurants where you can enjoy gourmet dishes from around the world in a luxurious and comfortable setting.The hotel recently underwent renovation, and while some minor issues remain, they do not overshadow the overall experience. The attentive staff is always ready to help and resolve any issues that arise. Their friendliness and professionalism truly compensate for any shortcomings, creating an atmosphere of hospitality.Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a seaside vacation. All its advantages, such as the large beach, beautiful garden, comfortable new rooms, diverse food, and exquisite à la carte restaurants, make staying here pleasant and memorable.

+: Місце чудове, пляж і басейни чудові, їжа дуже хороша, включно з усіма видами алкоголю. і досить просторі для сім'ї, я настійно рекомендую здійснити круїз до трьох островів через них за додаткову плату. Це було дуже того варте.

-: Багато-багато комарів у кімнаті. На такому рівні, що нас дуже турбує. На вікнах немає сіток і, ймовірно, недостатня ізоляція. Крім того, у готелі немає впорядкованої інформації про всі заходи в готелі, час шоу та туристичні пам'ятки поблизу. і т.д. Ви дійсно повинні запитати і шукати інформацію. Була також невелика проблема, що одна з ламп не працювала протягом тижня, хоча ми неодноразово зверталися до служби реєстрації.

+: Красива природа і море - райське місце. Величезний пляж, де завжди можна знайти вільні лежаки. Дуже смачна та різноманітна їжа в головному ресторані. Всі види фруктів, смачне морозиво, риба, креветки і т.д. Вдень багато фудкортів для перекусу, смачні коктейлі. Чудовий аквапарк і дитячий клуб. Ввічливий персонал. Обов'язково приїдемо ще!

+: Зручності, басейни, пляж, розваги, харчування

-: Гігієна, старомодна тісний санвузол і багато комарів по кімнаті. Скрізь наші попередники розчавили комарів об стіни. Наших дітей і нас жалили всюди, тому ми не змогли насолодитися відпочинком. Незважаючи на спреї від комарів, які були розпилені. Були десятки на день. Дуже прикро, що структурно з цим нічого не робиться.
