This family-run pension is located in the city centre of Kusadasi, only a 10-minute walk from the Aegean Sea. The property includes a stone building with all-white exteriors, an outdoor pool and a green garden. The bright rooms of Villa Fortin Pension feature tiled floors and wooden furniture. They all have a balcony. Each morning starts with a rich breakfast buffet at Villa Fortin. Guests can have their breakfasts in the garden, under the shades of the trees. Refreshing drinks and snacks are also available at the pension’s bar. The sandy Ladies Beach is 5 minutes from the property via a minibus that stops 1 minutes' walk away. The lively streets of Kusadasi are only a 10-minute walk away with popular bars and nightclubs. Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is within 70 km.

+: The brothers are the owner, they are friendly and helpful. Villa fortin is an amazing place, clean, they have a nice bar as well and very close to everything like, shopping center, restaurant, kusadasi castle.

+: Me encantó la habitación individual bastante amplia para mí sola. Se puede descansar muy bien y además el está bien ubicado, cerca del puerto y otros lugares de interés. El personal fueron malísimos, me ayudaron a encontrar otro tour para ir por Éfeso el mismo día que me cancelaron donde había reservado anteriormente. Sin duda volvería a repetir.
