+: The beach was beautiful, water was very clean and chews were great. The pool was nice. The gardens were pretty and full of jasmine and lavender fragrances all around. The restaurant staff were very courteous and friendly. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious selections that changed every day.

-: It was a bit of a hike and walk to go from our rooms to the restaurant and back to the beach. Though they provide a shuttle it was not always available and you need to be fit to navigate. The front desk staff was challenged with a new system and we had to present our passports almost daily to have them scanned again as they could not find the copies made earlier. We also found out that you were not allowed to have guests to come visit you even for a few minutes but not until they showed up at security and were denied entry to the property.

-: Відверто кажучи, як тільки ми приїхали, нас не дуже добре прийняли і не супроводжували, люди на стійці реєстрації майже не розмовляли з вами. У ресторані було дуже погано ресторан, але десерти були зовсім неякісними, шезлонги невисокої якості та зовсім не зручні для 5-зіркового курорту. Номери були погано прибрані, чистоту потрібно було перевірити. навіть не існує. Для цього переїзду вони зробили трансфер, але водії були неприємні, і іноді потрібно було 20-30 хвилин, щоб приїхати навіть під час обіду чи вечері. Відверто загалом розчарований співвідношенням ціни та якості, готель повинен переглянути всі свої пункти, щоб покращити та заслужити свої 5 етлой і назвати себе «Курортом»

+: Нас перевезли до села Хапімаг без попереднього повідомлення, хоча ми забронювали готель. На щастя, в селі Хапімаг все було добре, але booking.com міг би повідомити нас краще.

-: Нам дійсно довелося скаржитися через початковий брак інформації та тому, що ми отримали будинок, який абсолютно не відповідав нашим потребам. Круті сходи і віддаленість від центру були не для нас. На щастя, на ресепшені в селі відреагували дуже адекватно і доброзичливо. Після цього все було добре. Ми отримали кращу квартиру, недалеко від центру і, перш за все, без крутих сходів.

+: The location is lovely, secluded among pines.The beaches (x3) are excellent with some decent sea life for the snorkeller, plenty of fish and we saw an octopus on two different beaches.The staff were lovely and the facilities were great. Very nice to have the water sports facility on site

-: The food was a 710 but was the same every day for 10 days, bar a rotation between pasta and grilled chicken on the small bespoke area.This is reflected in the price though, and from a value perspective it was still good. Not enough to deduct a mark from this otherwise excellent resort.
