+: Le personnel est charmant et serviable , le manager est très gentil ainsi que le staff de la réception , les femmes de ménage font bien leur travail , l'emplacement de l'établissement est bien , prés de tout

-: Le petit déjeuner et le manque de propreté en général , pas assez de fourniture de cuisine ( fourchette , couteau cuillère, assiette en plastique , pas de pain frais )l'inexistence de grille pain

+: I think they give bad scores to denigrate this hotel, the hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly.

-: Needs updates big time, needs painting, refreshing of furniture, bed covers had halls in it, leaking ac, shouldn’t have breakfast option since it s so bad.

+: That my complaint was listened however, the new room was offered the next day after 2:00pm so one night we set on the chairs, our sheets and room were not cleaned up due to the late check in after 10:00 pm and no other rooms were available. So we couldn’t enjoy in sightseeing since we were exhausted.We need refund for that night please, this is unacceptable.

-: That we were sent to our room and sheets and floor were dirty so it was disgusting.🤢 Breakfast was same every morning, not even scrambled eggs, just boiled. Not enough of Nutella, one fruit choice, old desert s same every day at it was just disgusting 🤮

+: The pool and sea view rooms, helpful staff and terrace, everything was great.
