+: Location is very convenient, as it’s a couple minutes walk from Taksim square and close to Istiklal street. Dozens of shops open until quite late and always something to do and see.
-: It can be noisy depending on the time of the day, mostly due to some renovation that will be happening at some nearby building, or prayers at the close mosque. Nothing too disturbing to me but maybe it’s a good idea to carry your earplugs.

+: I liked the location, the house is quite new. The view. You also can sit on the oitdide in chair and smok or drink a coffee.
-: Didn't like the cleanliness. there were stains on the sheets, pillowcases, bed, etc. Even after replacing them they remained. The cleaning lady does not speak English, she treated the floor and sinks with bleach. Also, there was construction going on in the building next door, it was incredibly noisy, even at one point the builders used a hammer to make a large hole on the floor.
