Featuring an outdoor pool surrounded by a terrace, the Karaca Apart has a unique building combining brightly painted walls and temple-style columns. It offers modernly appointed accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The pop-art apartments of Karaca Apart Hotel are decorated with fluorescent paint and feature bed covers in bright colours. They include a convenient kitchenette, a fridge and a seating area with sofas. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Dalyan, in the Muğla Province. The Dalyan Çayı River is about 150 metres away. Guests can explore the rock-cut Lycian tombs located along the river banks. +: Extremely friendly and helpful family run small hotel. Delicious, large Turkish breakfast. Easy walk into town. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. The owner even took us to the airport and bought us a sandwich to have for breakfast as it was too early for the hotel breakfast.

+: I would just like to say a big thank you to Enver, Adile and Nuray, for a lovely holiday, you were the perfect hosts. Enver and his family were so kind and treat us like we were part of his family. Breakfast was served every morning and was gorgeous,all fresh produce Turkish style.The rooms were cleaned regularly,fresh bedding, new towels and fresh flowers arranged on the beds. Thank you Nuray.The pool area was kept immaculate There was a few tears when we left and we are hoping to return in October. Just brilliant.

+: Die Inhaber waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.Die Lage war sehr gut, sodass man Supermärkte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Das Pool war sehr sauber. Auch die Zimmer generell.
-: Unser Zimmer war ein Dachboden. Das Balkon konnte man kaum benutzen. Angegeben waren 30qm das Zimmer war aber viel kleiner. Die Dusche ist nicht abgetrennt vom WC, sodass nach dem duschen überall alles nass ist. Das angebliche Kinderbett ist kein Bett. Nur ein Brett mit einem großen Kissen drauf. Unser Kind (unter 2 Jahre) musste neben uns schlafen und das Doppelbett war nur max 1,60m. Wir hatten kaum platz. Das Frühstück hatte nicht viel an Auswahl. Für die Umstände fand ich das Apartment überteuert.

+: Welcoming, clean, great cool pool, very tasty breakfast with scrumptious jams and cheese omelette. Location just right - about 10 minutes easy walk to the lively bars and restaurants.
