+: Compliments to the chefs! The food variety and taste of the food were beyond expectations. A great variety of food is accessible almost every hour. A la carte restaurant is a must-try; thank Mr. Tuncay for the fantastic service at the Asian restaurant. Beach access is very convenient, and they serve drinks continuously on the beach. Waiters with roller skates deserve applause for their talent and dedication.

-: Transportation from and to the airport with a taxi is the least enjoyable part of the fantastic holiday. Taxi drivers are charging a lot. The cleaning service needs improvement. The volume of work seems to be overwhelming for the cleaners, which is affecting their standards of cleanliness. The volume of the music could be reduced to a level that is less audible on the beach.

+: -Otel genel itibariyle güzeldi. -Restoran, havuz ve deniz ortalamanın üstünde. -Bebek dostu olması çok iyi ve bebekle ilgili tüm taleplerimiz karşılandı. -Serkan SAPMAZTÜRK'e ayrıca teşekkürler, iyi bir tatil geçirmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı.

-: -Otel binası ve oda içerisi eski kalmış. Yenilenmesi gerekiyor. -Banyo içi ve duş ekipmanları eski. -Elektrikli araçlar için ayrılan şarj istanyonlarına normal araçların park etmesine izin verilmemesi gerekiyor, aracı şarja takabilmek için 40 derecede bekletildim ve uzaktaki bir noktaya yönlendirildim.

+: - Serkan si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Inizialmente la stanza era troppo luminosa per chi, come me, è abituato a dormire al buio, ma su nostra richiesta ha prontamente aggiunto delle tende oscuranti.- Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di scegliere tra quattro cuscini diversi.- È stato molto comodo poter usufruire dei servizi sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.- I pancake turchi serviti a pranzo erano molto buoni.- Abbiamo gradito la presenza di bellissimi gatti in giro per la struttura, che sembravano ben curati e a cui, spero, venivano dati gli avanzi di cibo. Per chi ama gli animali, questo è un aspetto molto positivo.

-: - La nostra stanza non era pronta alle 14 e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti senza ricevere scuse. Alla reception, in particolare una donna con capelli biondi, non sono stati molto gentili e non ci hanno fornito alcuna informazione.- Per cena, il ristorante principale era ripetitivo e, nonostante l'hotel disponesse di altri quattro ristoranti, si poteva prenotare una sola serata in uno di essi. Inoltre, il personale al desk di prenotazione non era particolarmente gentile né disponibile. La scelta dei vini era limitata a un solo tipo di vino della casa per colore (un rosso, un bianco e un rosé).- La pulizia della camera non era sempre accurata: ogni giorno mancava qualcosa, come carta igienica, tappetino per la doccia o sapone. Ho lasciato l’accappatoio per terra come indicato per farlo cambiare, ma è semplicemente sparito senza essere sostituito.- L'internet nelle stanze non funzionava assolutamente, e la TV era molto vecchia. Da un hotel a 5 stelle ci si aspetta almeno una TV smart, invece quella in dotazione era così datata che non riusciva nemmeno a leggere i film sul nostro hard disk.Considerando la qualità complessiva rispetto al prezzo, non pensiamo che l'hotel sia all'altezza di un 5 stelle.

+: Yemekler mükemmel, çalışanlardan bir tane bile aşık suratlı bulamazsınız , hepsi pozitif enerjili ve güler yüzlü. Ayrıca mutfakta o sıcakta et pişiren Savaş ustamiza, animasyonda bulunan Emir arkadasa ve müşteri ilişkilerinden Serkan beye çok teşekkür ederiz.

-: Aslında sevmediğim bir konu yok tek eksik otelin biraz yenilenmeye itiyaci var , sanirim bundan dolayı fiyatlarida uygun...
