+: Good hospitality, good service, good location My family could stay there like my home

-: The towels in the room were damp due to humidity.

+: Bella struttura nel centro di Goreme, all'interno di un camino, arredata in modo tipico. Colazione eccezionale con prodotti della loro azienda agricola, preparati dalla sorridente Shirin, la padrona di casa.

+: Hotel is close to town center though it’s not a very big town, the little terrace for breakfast is sweet and homey, where you can also enjoy the ballon flying around if you get up early enough. Nice breakfast.

-: Bathroom facilities is too old, shower head and pipe is splattering water badly, room is a bit gloomy, cave style. If you don’t mind trying something really local, then it’s ok. Also, remember to call the hotel if you arrive very early in the morning or very late at night, they seem to not have night shift, we thought they did, so we didn’t call in advance and when we arrived at about 5am, the hotel was totally dark, after we knocked and waited for a long time, even the man ( obviously on night shift) from the hotel on the other side of the road helped to call, the manager finally came out and asked in a harsh way“do you know what time it is? Why you kick (which we didn’t) the door? ”maybe it’s our bad not calling first, but it was not a very nice welcoming.

+: We were extremely thankful that we we did choose this Hotel - we learnt from our host that Kismet means ‘your fate’ . From the moment we entered the premises we were made to feel at home. Our host and his whole family were extremely welcoming, kind and very generous, they went well beyond our expectations. We never considered that a stay in a hotel could lead us to such a deeper understanding of the Turkish culture and family life. There family is to be congratulated on the way they hold themselves to their beliefs and go about their daily lives. Great things do happen to good people. The hotel decor fits the environment in which we found ourselves. We had access to a kitchen, many quiet spaces or spaces were could meet up others. The bathrooms and kitchen area were both well appointed. A beautiful terrace on which you could enjoy the sounds, and the breeze moving between the buildings. Spending time with our host we learnt many customs, and heard first hand about the history of the area. They were there to meet our needs. We would highly recommend this hotel to others, we were close to the Main Street, restaurants, cafes and shops when we needed them.

+: This is a most pleasant place to stay. Centrally located, characterful and with comfortable, clean rooms with all expected facilities. The welcome was warm, and went far beyond merely providing a service: this was Turkish hospitality at its best, where one is treated like a family member. The breakfast was excellent (home-produced or local produce), the dining area sunny and cheerful. Trips and tours can be provided to all parts of Cappadocia, tailored to interest, at competitive rates.

-: Can't say: I've travelled a lot, and don't think I ever stayed at a better place.

+: Las habitaciones son muy confortables y la zona tranquila. Me encantó el desayuno, es muy casero. Los encargados son personas muy amables y te ayudan en cualquier cosa que necesites. 100% recomendado.

+: Very good location, friendly and helpful host, tasty breakfast, room in the real cave nicely furnitured.
