+: Pros: Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, food was very good and you really didn't need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. Wasn't crowded, plenty of sunbeds were always available at the beach and pool. Overall a pleasant stay!
-: Cons: Extremely expensive and service was so slow, especially at dinner and at the beach. QR codes at the beach would be helpful. especially on the swim deck. Communication was not great via booking.com, my emails were not received which was disappointing and as a result we had no transfer waiting for us at the port after a long travel day with two young children. A little isolated, you can't really go for a walk if you wanted to as there is not much around. You really need a car. Could hear general noise from corridors at night, doors slamming etc and unfortunately there was a terrible sewerage smell from our main shower drain every morning.
