+: Good hotel. Breakfast was very tasty there also Russian food. They also offered Turkish coffee which was very nice. Staff was very helpful especially Fahriye and Selcuk. Fahriye was also speaking Russian.

+: When I was checking out Mrs. Fahriye gave me a bottle openermagnet with Istanbul written on it so I can remember Istanbul by it, it was sweet of her. The location was also good!

-: As a 3 star hotel, it would be just fine, but when you pay for a 5 star hotel, you expect something different. The staff were not friendly at all and never smile except Mrs. Fahriye who was all smiles. The room was not clean, there was dust everywhere, the shower wall was covered with yellow stains, the mattress was uncomfortable, the furniture was shabby and old (broken piece on the mirror here and there), the room was not sound proof and was extremely noisy, the breakfast buffet was small and meh. The location was good, but if you go to Istanbul to explore and just want to spend the night somewhere and don't care too much about cleanliness and comfort, you better try other 4 or 3 star hotels so you don't have to pay too much. If you care about the 5 star experience Radisson Blu Pera is not it!

+: The service from the front desk was exceptional especially Fahriye making everything seem less for us. The lady that changes the linen was also super friendly, in fact everyone was.

-: More variety on the breakfast would have been great.

+: Gute Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, vor allem an der Rezeption und lm Frühstücksrestaurant.Ihnen gedeit ein grosser Lob

-: Leider hat der Zimmerservice mehr als einmal versagt, trotz eingeschaltetem grünen Licht, dass gereinigt werden kann. Trotz Bestätigung der Angestellten um 15:30 Uhr, dass das Zimmer in 20 Minuten gereinigt ist war es auch nach 45 Minuten noch nicht sauber.Auch nach einer weiteren Bestätigung, dass das Zimmer um 19:00 Uhr gereinigt wird, wenn wir zum Nachtessen gehen, war das Zimmer um 22:45 Uhr immer noch nicht gereinigt, geschweige den frische Handtücher vorhanden.Auch Toilettenpapier war keines mehr vorhanden und ich musste an die Reception um im Minimum wenigstens Toilettenpapier zu erhalten.Leider hat auch dies nochmals mehr als 20 Minuten gedauert, bis wir Toilettenpapier bekommen haben.
