+: Adam, the owner, made us feel very welcome. He made every effort to make our stay comfortable. When we arrived, the air conditioning appeared not to be working on full power. Although it did cool the room , Adam had the service engineer out to fix it. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very safe and not far from T6 Kumkapi Tram station. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast and is very good quality. What can I say other than it felt very homely and was excellent value for money. There are added facilities that we were allowed to use, like the washing machine and iron. It's a quiet neighbourhood at night, no disturbance. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to others

+: Големи, добре обзаведени и чисти стаи. Много учтив собственик и персонал. Добра закуска. В съседство има паркинг. В четвъртък в квартала има уличен пазар и голяма част от улиците се затварят за автомобили. Най-близката метро станция (Yenikapi) е на 10 минути. Голяма част от атракциите са на 30-40 мин пеша.

+: La atención y el cuidado que todo el personal puso en que estuviéramos bien a cada momento, especialmente Adem, que nos ayudó a resolver algunos contratiempos ajenos a la estancia y nos dio fantásticas recomendaciones ante todas nuestras consultas.La habitación estaba perfecta y el servicio de habitaciones también.La encargada del comedor era amabilísima, siempre con una sonrisa.En cuanto a la localización, es fantástica. Situado en el centro y con buenas combinaciones de transporte y locales para realizar cualquier gestión. En general, un sitio genial, acogedor y con un equipo y dirección, amable y muy competente en el que puedes confiar seguro. Repetiríamos 100%

+: Second time in this hotel. Very nice, perfectly clean room with everything included (AC, bottled water, shampoo, TV, fridge). Breakfast was also good. For the money it was an excellent finding.

-: Breakfast room didn’t have AC, so it was very hot there in summer. Also the walls are thin, so you could hear a lot the neighbors.

+: Przyjemny apartament, w doskonałym położeniu - spacerowa odległość od najważniejszych zabytków, blisko stacji kolejki miejskiej (10 minut).Okolica pozwalająca poczuć niepowtarzalny klimat miasta, mnóstwo restauracji i barów w pobliżu. Miły i pomocny właściciel, troszczący się o swoich gości.

-: Wszytko nam się podobało i hotel całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Jeśli ktoś planuje przyjazd samochodem, warto zarezerwować parking, może być problem z zaparkowaniem na ulicy.

+: He viajado mucho y evaluado muchos hoteles en Booking y este es, de lejos, el mejor. Es donde mejor nos han tratado, siempre atentos para que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor posible, en ninguna parte nos hemos sentido mejor, nunca. Además la zona es maravillosa, siempre llena de niños jugando (y de gatos, claro, como toda la ciudad), el desayuno con comida típica turca extraordinario, las camas cómodas, la habitación fresca... no puede mejorarse. El Gran Bazar está a 15 minutos a pie (y Santa Sofía, a 10 minutos más en tranvía), las calles cercanas son un hervidero de supermercados y restaurantes, pero la calle donde está el hotel es tranquila por las noches. Ubicación perfecta, servicios perfectos, anfitrión perfecto. Le doy un 10 pero si pudiera le daría un 25

+: Pestra izbira - sadje, zelenjava, siri, salame, musliji, sokovi..... Odličen zajtrk. Prijaznost in ustrežljivost gospe v jedilnici, čistoča. Prijaznost in ustrežljivost lastnika, pripravljenost pomagati... Varovano plačljivo parkirno mesto ob hotelu, bližina centra...
