-: A bit far from the city center.

+: Many things:- nice location - Convenient for families - a supermarket & restaurants are walking distance - safe place & nice parks - sea view is a maxing - value of money - good variety of breakfast buffet - very clean & spacious rooms - elegant & prestigious - nice & professional staff

-: - we asked to clean the room but they forgot - room dining food can be better - slow reply when we call the reception - in breakfast buffet you have to wait long line for the egg only one lady cooking - our booking was including breakfast, the lady at reception said it’s not included after we insisted she checked the system then said yes it’s included!- no sound proof between rooms - charges to remove the mini bar!

-: Location is the only downfall nothing much to do in the area except for a few restaurants and cafes

+: It was clean and the location was great.

-: Had to wait over 24 hrs for one mug to my room. I needed to put medication in the fridge and they charged me.

+: Breathtaking views of the Marmara sea cleanliness of hotel and rooms excellent and personalised customer service from all staff. Special thank you to Huseyin at reception, birsen kaya house keeping and Melik and Veysel at club lounge all went way and beyond to provide excellent professional and very polite friendly service. Thank you.

-: Location it is not close to central Istanbul and not much to do near the hotel except for a few restaurant’s and cafe’s. Unfortunately although it is spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard there were little fruit flies in the club lounge at the food counter which was off putting and a shame. The food needs to be covered with sliding food cover domes or something similar to that.

+: Superb views of Sea of Marmara- worth asking for a room with a sea view. Friendly polite staff. Great breakfasts. Great value for money.

-: On arrival, reception staff appeared to debit my credit card with the full amount plus an extra 50%. I questioned this and they said it was to cover any additional spending such as bar bills and food. When I got home I checked my cedit card statement and the original surplus had been removed. It did cause me some anxiety and could have been better explained when we checked in.
