Located at seafront, full-board Risus Beach Resort Hotel has an outdoor pool with several water slides. It also features a private beach area offering free parasols and sun loungers. Spa, wellness centre, sauna and fitness centre are available at the property. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV with cable channels. Minibar is also offered in all rooms. Private bathroom comes with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sunset Restaurant. It also offers snacks and gozleme (Turkish pancake) in the afternoon. At the Brew Café Corner; coffee, fresh fruit juice, ice cream and patisserie are served. There is also Gaga À La Carte Restaurant featuring various dishes. Cappello Beach Club provides entertainment for guests day and night. -: Odalar küçük, bakımsız, hijyen problemi var. Otel diye gidip bungalov gibi ahşaptan küçüm odalarda konakladık. İki ayrı yatak istedik ancak çift kişilik yatakta konaklattırıldık. Her şey dahil olarak aldık ancak su bile ücretliydi. Her öğünde aynı yemekler vardı. Izgara türü yoktu lokanta usulü sulu yemek vardı. Oda temizlikleri geç yapıldı. Herhangi bir animasyon yoktu. Ölü gibiydi otel. Havuz pisti. Yemekler kötüydü. Yağ kokuyordu. Tam anlamıyla rezaletti.

+: First I have to say: I read a lot of reviews mentioning that this place (rooms and beds) would be dirty - I can not confirm this experience. I had booked two rooms (for me and my family) and they were all clean. The hotel is directly at the beach - awesome! There is also an Aqua Park which is part of the hotel and very entertaining. Two big pools and many slides. Food was inclusive and always a lot. All the food is delicious and Turkish style. A mall (AVM) is pretty close (less than 10 minutes walk).
-: There was an odor in the whole room. It was reported to the reception and they sent someone to fix the drain. It turned out the smell was actually from the air condition and wouldn't be fixed. In general I do not understand why this beautiful place is not maintained correctly and kept in shape. E.g. it was not dirty but there was a lot of chalk around the bathroom fittings and the hoses were leaking - this all doesn't leave a good impression, especially as this is not a cheap hotel. I also have to say there was only one staff member working at the reception desk who left a really professional impression. She was smiling (good attitude when you work in a hotel) and knew and understood what she was doing. Unfortunately, most other reception staff often seemed not focussed on understanding or even solving the guests's inquiries.

-: Wifi was not strongreliable in my room. Often, the connection was just interrupted. Wifi was far better in my 2nd room which was closer to the reception. In general I do not understand why this beautiful place is not maintained correctly and kept in shape. E.g. it was not dirty but there was a lot of chalk around the bathroom fittings and the hoses were leaking - this all doesn't leave a good impression, especially as this is not a cheap hotel.
