+: Staff were outstanding!!Location - couldnt be better Beds - soooo comfyAc - greatQuiet - the rumble of the tram on the front of hotel was noticeable but generally greatBreakfast- tasty although a little limitedTaxi service- on time, stress free. A bit pricey but worth it- steam room, sauna and indoor cool poolLOVED it here. Thanks to Mr Vulcan in particular. Brilliant human!!

+: The room we selected was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. We also took full advantage of the facilities including the fitness center, pool, sauna, and even purchased a traditional Turkish massage from the spa menu.

-: The location was both a positive and negative. It was super close to some of the main tourist attractions but generally about a half hour+ distance away from non-touristy restaurants and some of the more secondary tourist sites.

+: Elegant and luxurious from the moment we entered to check in- we were offered fresh juice, a refreshing towel and a sample of Turkish delight.Staff offer fantastic customer service, and are very knowledgeable- Furkan especially can not do enough to help, our room cleaner Mrs Neşe left us nice little touchesRooms were super comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equippedBreakfast - was lots of choice on buffet as well as hot options to order Really well located- Gülhane tram stop just a 1 minute walk away - can get everywhere easily

+: Ottimo albergo a 5 minuti a piedi da Santa Sofia. Colazione molto buona e abbondante. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutarci.
