+: Am avut ceva indoieli privind nota acestui hotel dar mi-au fost alungate in momentul cazarii. Camerele sunt mai mici in comparatie cu alte hoteluri dar daca paturile sunt impecabile, spalat pe jos si baia curata eu nu am alte probleme. Si asa a si fost. Daca vreau sa alerg ...alerg pe strazile Istanbulului nu prin camera 😁. Micul dejun destul de bogat, cafea, ceai, lapte. Noi am avut si cina. Cina o serveam pe terasa hotelului...superba... cu vedere spre Moscheea Albastra si mare. Hotelul dispune de o gradina interioara. Parcarea ..am avut noroc si am parcat in fata hotelului. La 2 min.de hotel este o parcare pazita cu 5 euro pe zi. Personal super amabil iar pozitionarea hotelului este punctul forte...3 minute pana la intrarea in Moscheea Albastra.Ne-am simtit foarte bine.

+: Hotelul Sarnic Premier Hotel este foarte aproape cca.2 min de obiectivele turistice. Camerele sunt ok, cochete, mai mici intradevar, dar daca vii in Istanbul nu stai in camera. La 2 zile au fost schimbate asternuturile iar prosoapele zilnic. Micul dejun este suficient - oua fierte, omleta, chipsuri cartofi, sunca, cascaval, branza, mozzarela, zacusca, humus, vinete, ardei copti, masline, cafea, lapte, ceai, cereale, unt, suc, chec. Cina ai la alegere din 5 meniuri, supa de linte, rosii, cu naut, paste, adana kebap, chiftele, pui cu garnitura de orez, bulgur, desert fructe pepene galben, rosu, struguri.Terasa situata la etajul 4 al hotelului unde serveam cina ....se poate servi si cafea sau o bautura ...are o priveliste incantatoare spre Moscheea Albastra si mare.Ne-am cazat exact de ziua de nastere a fetei mele iar managerul hotelului ne-a oferit un tort de fructe din partea stafului. Ne.am simtit excelent. Am avut si locuri de parcare dar la 2 min.exista si o parcare privata 5 eurozi.Ne-am simtit foarte bine in cele 4 zile de cazare.

Overall, Sarnic Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

-: Despite clearly booking and paying for two rooms to accommodate all four of us, the hotel insisted on charging extra for two additional guests. This was very disappointing, especially since the booking details and payment were clear about the number of guests I had paid for. Fortunately, I explained the misunderstanding to the manager of the hotel , who he was nice and very understanding. He realized it was an error at the level of booking.com, so he did not over charge us. He handled the situation calmly and professionally.
