+: Hotel is nieuw en schoon ! , medewerker zijn geweldig !

-: Bij aankomst bleek dat de kamer die wij hadden geboekt niet beschikbaar was , dit hebben ze de volgende dag opgelost , als excuus hebben ze ons een halve dag langer verblijf gegeven en een diner bij de a la carte restaurant, vriendelijk dank aan Yusuf , Suleyman , Hatice , roomservice was ook netjes .

+: Nice sized rooms. Excellent facilities at the hotel (Spa, hairdresser, gym, shops, photographer etc). Variety of food and variation on buffet. Outstanding entertainment in the evenings. Fun activites during day time (e.g. volleyball, table tennis etc). Nice beach. Nice pools (especially 16+ when travelling as a couple with a kids free zone - though looked equally nice in the big pool area if travelling with familykids). Starbucks café, street food and separate restaurant (w more street food). Ala carte restaurant with fine dining.The location and resort is absolutely stunning, and we had a fantastic stay. The staff is very friendly and striving their best to create a good atmosphere and holiday for their guests.

-: The hotel is still quite new and in its infancy, so smaller improvements such as a welcome pamphlet to showcase what the hotel offers.

+: Hotel is less than a year old giving very new and clean rooms. The all-inclusive features are very extended providing lots of options for food and programs. The place has it’s own beach area, which is very clean. The staff is absolutely amazing and fully customer orientated.

-: Location is at about 2hrs drive from the main airport.
