+: Location. The hotel is near Santa Sofía, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazar and others.

+: - The staff are happy and kind - The staff willing to guide and help - location amazing everything close to you - I would like to thank the staff for booking the PCR test for me which was very good - The lady who provided team and breakfast very happy to help too - hot water and airconditioner always working no issue - The hotel clear but always smell of smoking - The staff can speak English and try them best to help you

-: First night - The first room was on the 3rd floor and NO Lyft plus smell of the smoking room non stop - I went and spoke with staff and unfortunately all rooms were fully booked so I had to wait till the next day to change room - when next room was on first floor but bad smell coming from the bathroom I have tried to change the smell with no luck - The breakfast Items are cold not hot food - There is no windows view whatsoever - The Bed not comfy at all - The Facilities in the room are very old and not well kept and some of them are broken

-: The room has moisture on the ceiling and leaks, the tv doesn’t work, the curtain is broken, the bed has a single and slim mattress, although it is a double bed. and the room was noisy. I asked for a room’s change but they didn’t attend my request.

-: El hotel no tiene ascensor.Mi sorpresa cuando llegue fue que no hay ducha ni bañera, te bañas directamente en el cuarto de baño..Un horror. Sin mamparas ni nada.
