+: I stayed in a spacious room on the 5th floor. The AC worked well.

-: I needed some antiseptic to treat the scratch at night and I was surprised that there was no first aid kit in the hotel. At least that's what I was told at the reception.

+: One of the best hotels were I was. Everything was wonderful, the room, the breakfast and specially the staff. They feel you welcome, are very, very helpful and friendly! I mainly want to thank Etem, because he is such a lovely person ! Thanks for the nice days!

-: There was a problem with electricity. One switch was crackling due to a short circuit. The hotel worker said that everything is normal, but, actually this is not normal. Before the discount, the first room cost was very high and I expected a high-quality room. However, I understand this was just a marketing way to reach attention for this room and it was just regular small room.
