+: Stayed as a family of 6 and we all loved our stay! The location was perfect, ~7-10 mins walk from Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet squareshopsmain attractions. There were also multiple food cafes and restaurants surrounding the hotel. This made it easier for us especially with a child and teenager. The breakfast was superb, and they can meet any requests as well as cooking your food fresh when you sit down at the table. The time slot for breakfast was perfect too (3 hour slot), as other hotels we have stayed in offer only a limited time to eat breakfast meaning you can't get a lie in if you need it. There is such a variety including: omelettes, cheese, yoghurt, spreads, fresh bread, pancakes etc. so even fussy eaters will be happy. The room was cleaned daily and housekeeping staff could not be faulted. We booked a family room for 4 people, and a double room and they were next door to each other making it easier as a family. The decor in the room was nice too and had a nice feel to it. The family room came with a balcony with a table and was nicely set up. Finally, everyone at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. They arranged the sightseeing tours for Bosphorus and Princes' Islands for us as we were new to istanbul and their recommendations were much appreciated, especially when there is so much to do in the area and it can be overwhelming trying to sort out excursions yourself. I didn't get everyone's names but I would say every single staff member were accommodating and really look after their guests. Thank you to Mr Ali and Mr Yakup for taking care of us like family.

+: The staff are amazing here, especially Erkan, he made us feel so welcomed. He has a lovely manner about him and definitely made the stay great.

+: The hotel is very close to the main attractions in the Sultanamet area, cafes and restuarants and makes for a convinient place to stay. The room was small(as expected for the area) but had all the necessary amenities. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay.

-: The Turkish breakfast at the hotel was much advertised but didn't meet our expectations.

+: Totally recommend! Everything was great! Amazing and welcoming staff willing to help with literally everything!
