+: location is excellent and staff are friendly. we have stayed here numerous times.

-: It is a lot of money for a special category hotel and we asked for a specific room (507) which we always get and received a different one. A bit disappointing as we did ask and was told this would be possible.

+: This hotel is in the center of Istanbul. Everything was within walking distance. Perfect location. I will come back again
