+: Staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We only noticed 3 staffs throughout our stay, but we never encountered any issues. They were like a 3 man crew doing everything (especially Mussa). They even helped us arrange our tours, our taxis, and our airport shuttle for a decent price. They were also very accommodating here on our queries which is a major plus point. Plus, the breakfast is phenomenal. It’s so fresh and delicious.

-: The location is quite high, so climbing is a challenge if you try to go downtown.

+: Sehr freundliches Personal. An der Anfahrt und von aussen nicht zu erkennen, dass es im Hotel super schön ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück. Es ist sehr lecker und es wird am Tisch auf der Terasse mit einem super Ausblick serviert. Sehr empfehlenswert.

+: El desayuno delicioso abundante y super bien presentado. La habitación muy hermosa, super bonita y limpia, pero sin duda lo mejor fue la atención de Musa, super amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Reservamos dos noches, pero decidimos quedarnos más porque estábamos demasiado a gusto.

+: we came for bussiness but we will come again for vacation. hotel has a great view and great terracce. our room was so clean and there are everthing in the room that ve need. breakfast was awesome, all the jams and cakes are handmade. staff was so kind and and helpfull.
