+: Great location in the middle of vibrant neighborhoods, but the immediate surroundings are tranquil. Rooftop breakfasts are phenomenal. And the staff - all of them - are amazing.

+: The staff were excellent - from reception to housekeeping and a special shoutout to the breakfast crew, who made every morning a great start.

+: Location was ideal with short tram ride close to main tourist sites. Beautiful area of the city with picturesque consulate buildings and quiet in the evening. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and room size was very generous. We would stay again.

-: The only thing that comes to mind was the noise from above.

+: Upon returning to Tomtom Suites I was upgraded from the standard suite I had booked, already a wonderful unit, to a stunning superior suite. Location is great, a hidden oasis of calm amid the busy heart of Galata. The breakfast is fabulous, and Fouad goes out of his way to make each guest feel like a VIP!
