+: Je remercie infiniment Omer pour son professionnalisme. Il nous a été d’une très grande aide ! Bienveillant, serviable, disponible et à l’écoute, cet hôtel est vraiment chanceux d’avoir des salariés aussi investis. Les équipements étaient neufs, la chambre très propre et nettoyée tous les jours, le petit déjeuner très riche et l’emplacement juste parfait ! Pour un quartier aussi animé et bruyant, le calme de la chambre m’a réellement surprise. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Mention spéciale pour tout le staff, husein, la femme de chambre et la dame du petit déjeuner. Milles mercis !

+: We booked a triple room with a city view and enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it by trying out the sea view room as well. However, the city view room was even better – you could truly experience the vibrant life of the city; I'd call it a 'lokum view'. Our waiting for Turkish Delights (lokum) was met with delight when we saw a store right in front of the hotel.The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They kindly lent us a large umbrella when we headed out for a walk on a rainy afternoon.

+: The location of the hotel is great in general. Lots of dinner options and little shops around. Easy to get to different places from the hotel. The staff was AMAZING. They were very friendly and always went above and beyond when we needed something. They were the highlight of our stay at Villa Sweet.

-: The rooms are TINY. The room was not clean at all. Bathroom was somewhat gross. Walls are dirty, lots of hair from previous tenants. Beds were not super comfortable. Breakfast was on the basement floor and just ok. It didn't look or taste very fresh but it did the job if you want to have a quick snack.
