+: Közel van a tömegközlekedés közel a nagy Bazár, sőt minden látnivaló a közelünkben volt. A lakás tiszta modern kényelmes volt. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

-: Az utcakép kicsit a lehangoló volt de még ennek is volt egy kis helyi feelingje.😁

+: The host of this property was very nice. He made contact with us before and we were met at the door with the keys. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. And there is a small balcony ( no furniture on it however).

-: The place was posted as an apartment with a kitchen: but there was no oven, and only a very poorly functioning 2 burner hot plate. There were 2 small pots and very few dishes in the kitchen. Definitly NOT set up at all to prepare a meal. The "dinning area" as listed in the booking, was only a small folding table and 2 small stools to sit on. Given other available accomadations in Istanbul this plase is not good value for money. Finally, the location of the aparment is in a very run down manufacturing area: there is noise day and night from the manufacturing facilities.

+: Saubere Wohnung, sehr ruhig in der Nacht, nicht weit von Straßenbahn und Grand Bazar.

-: Die Straße ist wirklich schmutzig, draußen sieht es aus wie Müll. Beim Einchecken wird vorgeschlagen, in der Bar zu bezahlen.

+: Buena situación, en menos de 10' te plantas en lo más importante. Muy limpio y práctico. El propietario siempre estuvo atento. Buena wifi.

-: La calle un tanto deprimente, pero no tiene ninguna importancia. Haría falta algo más de menaje aunque nosotros no lo necesitamos porque no cocinábamos.

+: Perfect locations and great hospitality from Yusuf and his brother.

+: A Spacious private unit to ourselves. Everything we needed was there. Great kitchen . Good shower pressure . Very handy with small convenience shop on the corner. Friendly neighbourhood. We ate at local restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to all sights . Clean and tidy unit .Quiet area. Just like the photos !

-: Very strong smell on arrival of air freshner . I have sensitive nose! This dissipated with air conditioner on. Bed sheet please buy 100% cotton 🙂Outside looks a bit sad but lovely as soon as the door opens .

+: Erg genoten van het moderne appartement in het centrum van Istanboel. Bekende moskeeen en straten zijn in de buurt. Mooie badkamer met grote douche, prima bed en keuken met alle basisvoorzieningen. De verhuurders zijn ook heel vriendelijk en staan de hele dag voor je klaar om vragen te beantwoorden of tips te geven!

-: Twee kleine nadelen die wij hebben ervaren tijdens onze trip waren het volgende: 1) wij verbleven hier met zn 3en, maar er waren maar twee stoelenkrukken om aan te ontbijten. Wij hebben dit opgelost door de tafel tegen het bed aan te schuiven, maar niet geheel ideaal. 2) ondanks dat het appartement op een top locatie zit ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden, voelden wij ons niet altijd geheel veilig in de buurt. Er is niks gebeurd, maar het was niet goed onderhouden en er hingen veel mannen op straat rond die je nastaarde.

+: Nice looking apartment on the interior with reasonable facilities, WIFI working well, proximity to the Old Town, host was generally nice and responsive.

-: Outside area is derelict, ugly, noisy (even during the night) and dirty. This is a shoe manufacturing area and all the adjacent buildings had workshops that generate a lot of noise, bad smells and lots of rubbish in the street. The apartment we have booked on third floor had a very unpleasant sewer like smell, we were moved to first floor after two nights and that was much better.

+: Apartament jest bardzo nowoczesny, ślicznie urządzony, jest w nim wszystko co niezbędne. Jest bardzo czysto i schludnie. W kuchni znajduje się wszystko co potrzebne by samemu przygotować posiłki. Obiekt położony w samym centrum ale w bocznej uliczce - dzięki temu mamy wyjście na boczne urocze uliczki z restauracjami w których jest 5 razy taniej i smaczniej niż przy głównych ulicach. Bardzo pomocny i życzliwy gospodarz. Bardzo ale to bardzo polecam :)
