+:  The room was as shown on the photographs. It is not large at all, but I chose it for the balcony overlooking the city and water.The staff were incredibly wonderful and helpful. Discreet and available when needed. There is air-conditioning and heat in the room The lack of traffic noise is a wonderful changeThere is also a fire escape..

-: The property is of course located in the middle of one of the busiest areas although off on a side street. You can hear the nearby nightclub, but with the windows closed it is almost imperceptible.The room and bathroom are very small as mentioned.  this is accurately written in the description and not much different from other hotelsBreakfast is very basic.  I wouldn't pay extra for it

-: Breakfast was not good. Just one plate and there is no swedish table. Isolation was not good, we could hear people from outside. Also, it was not very clean. Last day air conditioning was not working so it was very cold. Lastly, wifi in the room was very weak.
